Very Bad Customer Service

Hello Zeina, I am so sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Please reach out to us with any issues and we may assist you! Our chat is available 24/7.
The platform was extremely simple to use and also targeting the specific user base was simple and straightforward. It would have taken me weeks to get the results that pollfish did over a day.

Hi! We are so glad you liked the platform and thank you for the kind words and 5 star review. If you need anything else, do not hesitate to reach support and ask!
I am a researcher. I saw so many inconsistencies in the Survey results. I feel like their platform is a huge scam. Why do I feel very strongly that their platform is a scam? Just after my Survey went live, within 30 minutes, I got 45 of the total 100 responses I purchased. When I exported the responses in CSV(and read the responses, which didn't make sense at all), I saw that most of the responses were dated for tomorrow in the timestamp. It's a waste of time and effort. I am totally disappointed by their product. I feel like it's a huge scam.

Hello Rahul, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback on your most recent survey. Firstly, I would like to apologise for this first experience with the platform not being what you expected. What you are reporting is a highly unexpected behaviour and I looked into your project in order to investigate it at length. Looking through the data and the timestamps for the responses received, we cannot reproduce the problem reported. May you reach out at [email protected] with more information on this so I can further assist and find a solution for the issue you are facing? Hope to hear from you soon, Rahul. Kind regards, Mia C.
Pollfish is an awesome tool to verify a market and to get fast insights into potential customers.
