Do NOT buy from Polar Dive USA. I purchased a cold plunge tub and chiller 6 months ago. The chiller has been defective from day one, and the tub arrived with terrible seam construction that is now actively leaking air. On top of that, the hose connections are stripped and completely seized. I have spent 5 straight months attempting to resolve this through their customer support. Despite being well within the advertised 2-Year Warranty, they refuse to fix or replace the non-functioning chiller and are attempting to force an out-of-pocket payment of $218 just to replace a manufacturing-defective tub. Polar Dive (operating under A&M Capital LLC in Boca Raton, FL) currently holds an F rating with the BBB for a reason. They white-label cheap imported products without stocking repair parts or providing legitimate warranty support. Current Status: 5 months of emails, $0 resolution, completely broken equipment, and zero accountability. Save your money and buy from a company that actually stands behind their products.

The chiller is so loud, the pump runs constantly at 70 decibels. I have it outside on my porch and I hear the loud high pitched humming inside the house at all times. The website says 40 - 45 decibels but this is not true. They told me 70 is in the normal range and now I’m stuck with a loud chiller that makes noise 24/7.

Purchased before July 4 2026. Got delivered mid-August as they changed the model (5 weeks delay). Leaks in inflatable plunge. week later, sent a patch. 2 more leaks developed. Promised to replace; 1 week later, no replacement was shipped. Prompt response, terrible logistics /shipping. Do not buy; avoid this vendor at all costs.

Still waiting on refund since April, The chiller would not work
By DAVID R.
The chiller I bought stopped working less than a year after purchase. It was almost impossible to get any response from Polar Dive. They eventually said they would gix it, but I would have to pay for shipping and repairs that were almost equal to a new unit. Terrible product. Terrible customer service. Do not buy from Polar Dive.

Hi John, First, we're truly sorry. Reading this genuinely hurts, because it's the opposite of what we work for every day. We built Polar Dive to help people and make life easier for everyone, and we still have work to do ensuring you get that benefit. We want you to know this isn't who we are. We respond to every single person who reaches out to us, and we help every single one with no exceptions. So if it felt impossible to reach us, something clearly broke down on our end, and we're sorry for that too. You deserve better, and we'd like the chance to make it right. Please email us directly at [email protected] with your order number and "Escalation" in the subject line so our team can prioritize your case immediately. We first need to understand exactly what happened with your case, because every person who comes to our inbox is always taken care of. We'll personally review everything and find a resolution that's actually fair. Not a runaround, not a form response. A real answer from a real person. We stand behind our products, and more importantly, we stand behind the people who trust us with their purchase. We hope you'll give us the opportunity to prove that to you. Sincerely, The Polar Dive Team
This company is a scam. Go to Reddit and folks are upset. I’ve been waiting for my order. You can’t talk to a soul and all their responses are AI. I thought I reviewed and knew they were a good company. I am trying to get my money back through my bank.

Hi Donna, We're an amazing team based in the Miami area and ship our Polar Dives out every day. We're not a scam, and there are real humans answering the inbox. Our team has reached out to you several times to sort this out, and we haven't been able to get a response back. I don't know if our emails are landing in spam or going to an old address, but we've been trying - we want to fix this, not hide from it. Please email [email protected] with your order number and "Escalation" in the subject line and it goes straight to the top. Sorry for the frustration. We'd like the chance to make this right. Best, The Polar Dive Team
Don’t get it. We have been fighting with this polar dive for 6 months. It leaks no matter what we do. Not one time have we used it. Buyer beware. Terrible!!!! My only regret is that I didn’t put the review in 2 weeks ago. I may have saved someone from buying a bS father day gift.
