Excellent service. The owner is very responsive and helpful, but some delays in communication may occur due to time zone differences. My items were held during Covid and shipped as soon as available. The owner even covered an increased shipping fee due to Covid for me! My items arrived in excellent condition and were exactly what I expected. Everything on Pokevault is expensive, but I was also able to get items I wouldn’t be able to get from a store (like plushies from a UFO Catcher), plus a specific blind box item. In my opinion the quality of service and products is well worth the price.

Great service, whatever you might be slightly overpaying on is made up for with just the most secure and protective, clean packaging you could ask for. Everything came in immaculate condition and you just don't get that kind of thing on ebay or similar.

I ordered my item and it was estimated to be delivered within 2 weeks, and it was delivered within a week! The box was in perfect condition and the package was concealed very neatly with bubble-wrap. 10/10 would recommend for all of your Pokemon needs!
