My experience has always been great but last time i used this site i tried to get an alola richu and it wouldnt trade me it. Kept coming up as an error so i lost money on that.

I ordered 2 zarude pokemon. One regular shiny and Dada form zarude. I got Dada form. But I didn't get shiny regular zarude. It said it was in stock on website, but it wasnt. They kept trying to get me to switch out the pokemon when I just wanted a refund. Then was told I might not even get one. Just hope it goes thru.
