Shipped the wrong item, after multiple attempts to contact for resolution, still no attempts rectify.

14 days and I still dont have my freight, why do you choose the most ridiculous way to send a package when you charged enough to send it straight through on UPS or Fed Ex. No way to contact you by phone and you wont answer emails. Some of us in this country are still doing business but people like you dont help anything move along.

I thought I was getting a deal on a Raritan gasket. Turns out after shipping I paid a few bucks more then if I had ordered it from other places that had free shipping. Not a big deal. Shipping was a little slower then I liked, but it's not like I needed in a hurry. I will order from here again if the need arises.
