Thank you for noticing the details. We try to make everything around the bag feel as considered as the bag itself, from the first message to the unboxing. Reviews like yours are what we show the team on Monday mornings. Petro Lyshak, co-founder of Poelle

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this. Every piece we make passes through many hands in our atelier in Horodok, Ukraine, and knowing it found the right owner is genuinely the best part of what we do. We hope your bag ages beautifully with you. Petro Lyshak, co-founder of Poelle

Thank you for these kind words. The Riposo Bag is one of those designs our team is especially proud of, so it means a lot to hear it's living up to expectations. Wishing you many years together, and if you ever need care advice for the leather, we're one message away. Petro Lyshak, co-founder of Poelle

Thank you for describing the leather exactly the way we hope people will experience it. "Luxurious without feeling delicate" is precisely the balance we work toward, a bag should be beautiful and still live a real life with you. The Elza is a quiet favourite in our atelier, so this means a lot to the team. Petro Lyshak, co-founder of Poelle
