Hi Lynda, We recently made a small update to the design, including changing the color of the adjustment knob and improving the overall build quality of the device. Because of this, the product may look slightly different from earlier images, but the functionality is the same (and improved). We’re sorry to hear that you’re finding it difficult to adjust. It’s usually easiest to set the adjustment before putting it on your foot, then fine-tune it once it’s in place. That said, your feedback is very valuable and helps us continue improving.

Thank you for your honest feedback—we really appreciate you sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that the delivery took longer than expected. As mentioned, we do ship internationally, and sometimes delays can happen during transit, especially with local carriers. That said, we’re glad to hear you like the device so far. With products like this, consistent use over a few weeks is key, and many of our customers start noticing more meaningful improvements over time. We truly hope you’ll begin to feel those benefits soon. If you have any questions about how to get the best results or need any support at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out = we’re here to help. Thanks again for giving it a try, and we hope to turn your experience into a 5-star one soon! 😊

Hi, I’m really sorry to hear about your experience and I completely understand your frustration. We always fulfill orders within 1–2 business days, and your order was shipped on time from our side. Unfortunately, the delay happened after it left our warehouse due to local carrier issues, which are outside of our control. That said, we still take responsibility for making sure our customers receive their orders. Please know that we are actively monitoring your shipment, and based on the latest tracking updates it is still moving through the delivery network. Our goal is to make sure your package reaches you as soon as possible. If there’s anything else I can do to help or clarify, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We genuinely value every customer and appreciate your patience while the carrier completes the delivery. Best regards, Podoria Support Team
