Good Morning Kamala, Thank you for leaving us a review about your order experience. I am very sorry for the inconvenience with your rug order being cancelled. We originally believed your rug to be back-ordered and discovered shortly after the order was placed that the manufacturer had discontinued the rug without notifying us. Your order was cancelled and fully refunded. Since your order included a free rug pad and the item ships seperately from our rugs, it did unfortunately get shipped prior to us realizing the order would need to be cancelled, so a complementary return shipping label was provided. If needed we are happy to also schedule a pick-up so you don't need to deal with any further inconveniences. Please reach out to us directly if this is necessary. - The PlushRugs Team

Hey Jessica, I'm so sorry hear about the frustration with your order. I've spoken to our team and do see that the rug you ordered only had 1 piece left in stock and when our warehouse went to pull it from inventory and inspected it, it was not viable for sale. Also, with regards to the free rug pad, you were instructed to keep it at no cost to you and your refund was issued in full.
