Hello, Mayes! Thank you for your review. We apologize for the unsatisfactory service you experienced with your purchase. Upon investigation, we realized it stemmed from miscommunication. We have checked all our communication channels and suspect that some of our emails might have been marked as spam, as we did not receive replies from them. We have recently reviewed our records to understand how we can prevent this from happening again. Nevertheless, we hope to hear from you again. Your item was shipped on June 30, 2023. We would appreciate your feedback on the actual plush clone.
