Hello Kate, I am sorry you were disappointed in the PlusCBD Oil you purchased. I see that you reached out to us on July 11, 2019 and one of our customer service representatives responded the same day, requesting more information so we could make you happy. I didn't notice any mention of the thick consistency, but you did mention the leaky dropper. We would have been more than happy to replace your product, but you responded: "I have a dropper lid that I'm using now and everything is ok." We pride ourselves in producing quality products and providing world-class customer service. With that said, had you responded with the information our customer service representative requested, we would have either replaced your product or, had you indicated your displeasure with the consistency of the oil, we would have offered you another product.
