I recently had an issue that required help from Plunge’s customer-service team. After speaking with Ric, a senior customer-service representative, I could not have been more impressed with how he handled the situation. Ric listened carefully, understood my concerns and took personal ownership of the matter. After our conversation, he went directly to the company’s leadership and advocated on my behalf. He followed up promptly and provided a resolution that went well beyond what I expected. What stood out most was that Ric did not simply provide a scripted response or pass the issue along. He genuinely cared about making things right and demonstrated the kind of customer service that builds long-term confidence in a company. Every company eventually encounters problems. What defines a company is how it responds when those problems occur. Ric and Plunge stepped up, stood behind their customer and made the situation right in spades. I would highly recommend Plunge to anyone considering purchasing a cold plunge. This experience showed me that the company truly cares about its customers and their needs. Ric provided genuine five-star service, which is increasingly rare these days. I am extremely grateful for his professionalism, persistence and willingness to go above and beyond.

Amazing, life changing product. But more importantly the company behind it and the people behind it have been amazing. I had one warranty issue and that is where you find out who you are dealing with. Great products! Great company! Great people!

I had an issue, and Kristen (ROCKSTAR!) from customer support fixed me right up. This machine is not cheap, but it's a beautiful setup, and I love it. Take your maintenance seriously, and with any issues, put in a ticket ASAP.

As an avid senior cyclist who began plunging 4 years ago, I luv my Plunge so much that I am upgrading to the Plunge All In Gen II. This is my 3rd Plunge. Now my son will have his Plunge as does my daughter for their generational mental & physical health benefits. We all agree the lift of completing the challenging first minute each day is such a positive feat and kicks start daily focus improvements. Physically, post work out recovery and the anti inflammatory impact on sore joints is so welcome with each plunge. My body’s biometrics are also improving. Proud to say my Whoop shows I have plunged 518 times and I look forward to 1000+

Tried the Plunge All-In-One, but my circumstances changed so I had to return the item. Customer Service was understanding and guided me thru the return process. The All-In-One was sleek and had some very attractive features. I can see the benefits of cold therapy, and hope to be plunging again in the future when I have a location for The Plunge.
