Amazing experience. Lots of options from setting to stones. Easy to navigate website. Buying process smooth and easy. Kristy and Renee, the owners are extremely responsive via instagram chat and email. They are so helpful and kinda as well. We purchased both my engagement ring and wedding band from Plum and couldn’t be happier. Would definitely buy other pieces from them.

The delivery and presentation of the ring is beautiful, the certification of the diamond is neatly organized, and the overall care from the owners with a handwritten note is top notch. When we upgrade the ring in the future, I’ll make sure to come back to Plum for everything. Thank you so much, your system, breakdown of timing and process was perfect.

They were wonderful from start to finish. They reached out as soon as I ordered the ring, they kept me updated on the process and shipping, and have kept in contact with me after, to ensure that everything has been satisfactory. I was unsure about buying something like a diamond ring online, but Kristy and Renee have been excellent- I wouldn’t do it any other way!
