The most gorgeous ring I’ve ever seen in my life! I wouldn’t trade this experience for the world. I will sing praises from the rooftop forever!

Josh, we love to hear that you were pleased in all aspects! Thank you for sharing, it means more than we can express :)
I have yet to purchase a ring from Plum Diamonds, but I look forward to once I narrow it down to what I want. I am upgrading and can’t decide on just one! I have purchased 2 custom ring kits and have been super impressed with the communication.

Hi Liz! So nice to hear that the kits and communication have been helpful ~ we aim to please and it's always appreciated to hear when we've hit our goal! We can't wait to work on your "real" ring :)
Let me start off with that I would 10/10 buy from Plum again. I absolutely love the ring, and my now fiancé, loves the ring as well! We did the pre kit before and it was the best thing to do. That way when it came time to ask, I wasn’t trying to put on a ring that didn’t fit nor did she have to wait for a resize to show off the bling. ONLY reason for a loss of star was the price of the band compared to the price of the lab diamond. We got a 1.5c in a top clarity and the band was the same price. It wasn’t anything fancy either. Take that as you’d like, I don’t know much about the cost of metals though lol.

Hey Joshua, We're so excited that you both love the ring! We're also thrilled that the kit helped you feel confident in your choices for the "real" ring :) Metal prices are at all time record highs - we do our best to balance that cost with affordability and the setting prices are generally the same regardless of the diamond chosen. We're so appreciative that you took a chance with Plum!
Excellent customer service. Very responsive and received my order on time with a personal card and well packaged.

Hey Tabitha, we appreciate you! Thanks for caring enough to share your experience :)
I ordered the at-home try on kit and was so impressed with the handwritten card, ring options, and overall packaging. This was my first experience trying on rings and it absolutely helped me not feel overwhelmed with the season of life I am in/entering into!

Sierra, That's our goal - we aim to take away the overwhelm and make this fun and maybe a little bit educational :) So happy to hear it's working for you and can't wait to work on your "real" ring!
It felt very personable, even though I was ordering something online. It felt like they really took the time and listened to what I wanted and curated a box especially for me.

Plum diamonds delivered on its promise of creating a beautiful diamond tennis bracelet and matching necklace. The pieces are stunning. I highly recommend this store.
