100% Recommend This Company!!!

Everything about my experience with Plumb Professionals was amazing! The dispatcher was efficient and followed up to make sure he had all the necessary information to provide to the plumber who would be doing the work. My tenants said that the plumber arrived during the designated time, was professional and did a great job while he was there. As the homeowner what I appreciated the most was their honesty. The service call was for the plumber to replace the hot water heater, as well as fix the garage disposal that was not functioning correctly. Since I was not going to be at the house when the plumber arrived, I had already approved the replacement of the garbage disposal if it couldn't be fixed. I was totally shocked when the plumber called me to let me know that he was able to fix it and wouldn't need to replace it, thereby saving me hundreds of dollars. Maybe I've dealt with too many unscrupulous companies, but I just assumed that he would take advantage of me not being there and replace the garage disposal anyway. I will definitely be calling Plumb Professionals again!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful 5-star review! We’re thrilled to hear that you had an excellent experience with our team from the initial call through the completion of the work. Providing clear communication, professional service, and honest recommendations is extremely important to us. We’re especially glad our plumber was able to repair the garbage disposal rather than recommend an unnecessary replacement, saving you both time and money. We truly appreciate your trust in Plumb Professionals and look forward to being your first call whenever you need plumbing services in the future! The Plumb Professionals Team 703-782-8196
