Fantastic experience! Andy provided quick service and top‑quality work. I love supporting local businesses, and this one exceeded every expectation. The process — reaching out, getting an estimate, and scheduling the repair — was simple and seamless. Everything was done within three hours, and the results are perfect. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about Plumb Professionals. We’ve been using them for the past 10 years, and they have consistently been reliable, professional, and incredibly responsive. Their prices have always been fair and reasonable. Most recently, our water heater burst, and Mike came out right away to assess the situation and determine exactly what was needed. He then came back that same evening and took care of everything quickly and thoroughly. Plumb Professionals is a company you can trust when something goes wrong. After 10 years of great service, I wouldn’t call anyone else. Highly recommend them!

Had a stubbon shower drain for weeks even after using Green Gobbler. Andy from Plumb Professionals came and showed me how to remove linear drain and pull out sieve which was nasty. He also informed me that hair products such as conditioners and salt scrubs clogged these drains. He waited as I clean the entire drain.

Great customer service.

Jacob was really nice and understanding and willing to check out the bathroom of the neighbor who was complaining of my shower causing leakage to her bathroom ceiling. There was no plumbing problem, and we think he located the source of the leak which involves repairing grout.

This is a plumbing company that you can rely on to provide top-notch, excellent work. They are honest, reliable and are far superior to others that I have used in the past.
