I apologize for your bad experience. We try to be competitive in our area and are always looking for ways we can improve. We do offer a price match but unfortunately we were never given the opportunity to offer this match. Although we claim to not be the cheapest plumber in town we also strive to not be the most expensive. Please let me know if there is anything we can do for you in the future. Please let me know by emailing me at [email protected] or please email us your contact information or call us at 703-782-8196 . We would like to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
