Thank you for the wonderful feedback! We're so glad to hear that Andy provided courteous and professional service while repairing your bathroom faucet. We truly appreciate your trust in PlumbProfessional.com and look forward to assisting you again in the future!
The technician was nice, knowledgeable, and completed the job correctly. I have no complaints other than the price, and it was my choice to have them do the job on the spot versus rescheduling at a later date with another company. However, $583 to install a basic faucet supplied by the owner is extremely expensive. I am giving 4 stars because paying $583 for 1.5 hours of basic plumbing service seems excessive. I chose to get it done, but I will not use them again.

We had an excellent experience with Zach from Plumb Professionals. We’ve been hiring Plumb Professionals for almost 10 years, and they have always been honest, trustworthy reliable, professional, and highly skilled. Zach was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Leo Rowitz, the owner, runs a top-notch company that is licensed and insured, and they handle both traditional plumbing as well as gas work, including gas stoves, gas water heaters, etc. Their work is consistently high quality and done right the first time. We wouldn’t trust anyone else and highly recommend Plumb Professionals. (703) 402-3773
