Not a great experience. Lack of communication. Changing the price on us, after the job was done, etc.

Plowz was timely in their work and very reasonable! I have a very difficult uphill driveway with nowhere to put the snow...but they nailed it as best as it could be done!! yay!

I had very varied experiences when using this service, which is not surprising considering that this is a scheduling service for independent service suppliers. However, as the user is not given information about the actual service supplier you have no choice but to rate the service supplier. One real annoyance for me is the fact that you are forced to provide a rating when opening the app after having received a service and it is pre-filled in for a 5 star so if you just click through to get past this screen you are likely to give a 5-star rating which is not justified

My service was scheduled then on the day of service i got a message that the person that was suppose to come out and do the service contract was terminated. So did not know what to think but I was told that Plows and Mowz was working on getting someone still to me. Sure enough they did and the guy came out and did the job. So 5 stars that when things didnt go so well the company jumped in and made sure it turned out the way it should of.

About half the time I’ve booked a service whether for snow removal or lawn cut or yard cleanup, the service doesn’t show or Delays over and over. When they do show they do a great job but getting them to show up is the problem.
