Plexus WorldwideReviews of plexusworldwide.com

1 star for my recent experience. I have been an Ambassador for several years as well as my husband. I have always been good about changing the date for my subscriptions. However, that pattern broke when my dog and axolotl died on the same day. On top of that, I was diagnosed with PTSD and have to mentally address something that happened to me while I was Active Duty. So please excuse me for not remembering to change the date. What irritates me is that I communicated this to the rep and per Plexus policy (a stupid one) once the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled EVEN THOUGH it wasn't even packaged yet. Then I ended up in a game of "I dare you" when I was told a refund could not be processed. I deleted my account. Bluff called and reversed. I then threatened to cancel my husband's. Well what do you know: a refund CAN BE PROCESSED! Plexus lost 2 Ambassadors. Am I being overdramatic? Maybe. But I am a 1 and done when it comes to where I spend my money. I refuse to return as an Ambassador. I guess I am now searching for another health and wellness company for my needs. This really sucks because Plexus checked all of the boxes.

Love plexus as a customer & now ambassador! I have autoimmune issues & plexus has helped manage my symptoms & given me so much energy.

Customer for 3 years. Pro's: My friend sold for Plexus and she and her team were always friendly and positive. The packaging is pretty. Cons: Overpriced vitamins. The app crashes, freezes regularly. Difficult to make a change to order. Can only make a return of any given product once, EVER. Be careful on your subscriptions or accidents on your orders. Two packets of slim was $168 w/ the "VIP discount" - an accidental order is costly. Customer Service is just doing their job, this is bad policy from company leadership not backing their product or clients. You pay high dollar for mediocre product and poor service. Shame on me for paying $20 for pink koolaide so sales reps can go on "free cruises" that upper management uses to lure people in, painting "the good life" from Plexus. Grossly disappointing experience.

I am highly disappointed with this company's customer service and will not longer be a customer . I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I accidentally placed an order with the wrong shipping address and called immediately and they refused to cancel my order and let me update the address. They charged my credit card so I disputed it. When I tried to login, they locked me out of my account! They wanted to charge me $25 to reinstate my account. How rude and terrible! This is an awful customer service experience that turned me off and I will no longer patronize a company like this.

I’ve noticed all the bad reviews are from people unhappy with their customer service experience and not the actual product. I would 100% recommend. I’ve been using these products to help an autoimmune condition. I’ve definitely seen a huge improvement in my health. Weight loss, less bloating, less to no menstrual symptoms, better sleep plus much more. I don’t “sell” the products, I just enjoy the benefits. Have I had a few issues with shipping? Yes I have. But a quick PHONE CALL to customer, and they cleared everything up. I don’t understand these people who had an issue and sent an email, then cried about not getting a response. Call them! It’s so much faster. You probably didn’t even email the right person. Any issue I’ve had has been fixed with a simple phone call. It’s a little pricey, but your health is worth it!

I am bedridden big girl who can't walk got to learn how to been on Plexus triplex for almost two months I already see results I feel better I also got friends signed up under me feels better to I love Plexus Journey Rocks nothing but greatness on my end

I got charged MORE than what was supposed to come out!! The rep. that i was with claimed she would help BUT NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH! It took DAYS to get a response from her, when I did get a response.. Now they are not allowing me to cancel my account with them. Biggest regret was trying anything with this company!

I was a loyal subscriber for 3 years! When the Canada strike came, I changed my shipping to a different address. And they didn't answer my email in regards to why I still didn't get my products. So I reached out to PayPal to refund my money. As soon as PayPal reached out to them a rude plexus employee wrote them a letter stating I was a liar. I have never been treated with such arrogance as a customer. The package finally showed up at my door with a different currier, because they clearly changed my package so it didn't go to Canada Post. I went to try and place an order and they put my account to terminated. I asked the customer service why my account is terminated and he said because there is a charge back from PayPal and because we won the dispute I would have to pay 25$ to unterminated me. Wow what an ignorant company!!! Do not support this MLM they DO NOT CARE!!
