COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE AND OVERPRICED!!!
I paid for Pleexy to send my flagged emails to Todoist. The entire purpose is to make sure an email that needs action becomes a task I can track. Instead, the connection kept pausing on its own, forcing me to check it and manually restart it. What good is flagging an email for your to-do list if it never gets there? Reliability is everything with this kind of service. An unreliable connection is worse than having no connection at all, because you trust that your tasks are being captured when they may not be. Paying for automation should not mean constantly checking whether it worked. Customer service was horrible in my experience. Responses required repeated follow-ups, and I never got a reliable resolution. I eventually built an alternative connection myself for free. Then came the refund refusal. I paid on August 7 and reported the malfunction on September 2—just 26 days later, within their 30-day refund window. I gave support time to address the problem. When I later requested my money back, they refused, citing the 30-day limit. My initial complaint requested a fix; my explicit refund request came later. But a paying customer should not be penalized for giving support an opportunity to make its own product work. I was left waiting for a dependable solution, then told the refund window had passed. An unreliable product, poor support, and an unacceptable response to a dissatisfied customer. In my experience, Pleexy was overpriced and a waste of money. Stay away!

Hi Alan, Thank you for the review! Honestly, it helps validate us as a business, so you're actually doing us a favor. With thousands of customers, the only two 1-star reviews we've ever received are from people requesting a refund outside of our refund period, despite having had a 14-day free trial up front. We think that track record speaks for itself. The overwhelming majority of our feedback praises our customer success team, which we're incredibly proud of. As a company, we also choose to focus our energy on customers we can genuinely help, and to stay away from difficult people, like yourself. For context: Pleexy connects services through their APIs, and occasionally those connections run into issues outside our control. When yours came up, our team resolved it within a few days. You then waited almost two months before requesting a refund, well beyond our refund window. Thanks again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best 😊 Pleexy Team
