Hi Tweedy, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're sorry to hear about what happened — hitting a jackpot and then not being able to cash out would be frustrating for anyone. We'd like to clarify something important: PlayRiverSweepsOnline.com is an online Riversweeps platform. Accounts played at physical kiosk locations — including smoke shops like the one you mentioned in Santa Maria — are created and managed independently by those vendors on separate systems. We do not have access to their dashboards, account balances, or payout records, which is why we're unfortunately unable to view or restore anything on an account managed by that location. That said, here's what we'd recommend: Keep the photo you took — it's valuable evidence of your balance before the issue occurred. Contact the vendor directly and request your account history and a written explanation of the payout decision. Kiosk systems log balance changes, so ask them for the exact time your balance was altered. If any part of your account was created through our official online platform, please email us at [email protected] with the email address linked to your account, and we'll be glad to review our records and help however we can. Best regards, PlayRiverSweepsOnline Support Team

Hi Byron, we're sorry to hear about your experience — we understand how frustrating a losing streak can be. To be transparent: every game round is independent and outcomes are generated by the game software; our team can't see or influence results, and wins are never guaranteed. We always encourage setting a budget before playing and treating it as entertainment. If your account was on our official online platform, please email [email protected] and we'll happily review your records with you. — PlayRiverSweepsOnline Support Team

Hi Katrina, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're sorry the session didn't go the way you hoped — we understand how disappointing it is when a balance goes quickly. Game sessions can vary a lot from one to the next: each round is independent, and some games are simply more volatile, meaning they can go through a balance fast before (or without) landing a win. Playing at a lower bet like 75 cents stretches your playtime, but results are still down to the game's outcome pattern — there's no guaranteed hit in any session, which is why we always suggest playing with a budget that's comfortable for you and treating it as entertainment. Best regards,
