Support is not very helpful at all. If you happen to run into an issue, you would be better suited finding some friends to help you. I had an issue two weeks ago now with redeeming, then my account was disabled, then it was reinstated. All of these events came with absolutely no communication from support, despite me sending emails each day asking for updates. Luckily my account was reinstated because I had a thousand dollars in my account when it was disabled. Now, since then, I get notifications for promotions in the app, but when I click the notification to get into the app and take advantage of the promotion, voila, there are no promotions available for me to claim or use. I first reported this problem two weeks ago now and it has not been resolved. The most I have gotten are questions about my device, which is not the problem as I have tried both the website and the app and multiple devices. So, beware, this site is very hit or miss. If it works, it works well, but if you have an issue, good luck to you.

Very hesitant because of the reviews. Great 50% match on first buy. $20 minimum redemption. Have all the top game providers. Cashed out and received redemption in about 10 minutes. My new go to casino. User Gabjosh66

Was cool until they decided to have support ghost everyone and stop paying out winnings. Very poor casino the app it self under snoop dogg is crap but Trivelta is decent I'll play on rebet from now on....at least they pay out the winnings.

I've been waiting for 48 hours for an unsettled wager. Customer support is terrible and non existent. Dont waste your time on this app. I've had nothing but bad experiences every time I ve tried this app.

They scammed me on a referal bonus a a depsoit for 100 my dad made we wont touch. Sent 4 emails left 20 instagram comments and all they do is delete like over 100 bucks some fuckkkkkk ninja activites

I won $20 off the free bonus and had my money on my debit card with in a hour! Super pleased and happy with it! And customer service got back to me right away with my questions!

I really don't know how other people are having such a difficult time with this online casino because I've deposited and withdrawn money multiple times and never had a problem.. half the time I've won, it was off of the $1 they give you every 24 hours for free. I didn't have a bad thing to say about this app.

This casino site should be call Dogg$hit because I've repeatedly have deposited money and even on the games that I know from other sites hit only 1/4 of the time compared to the other Real casino sites. Its a huge scam. Please stay away from this garbage.
