Hello Michelle. Here we are again. Let's start at the beginning for all those that will be reading this. Because it is not about our return policy at all.... : You purchased a Certified TCA Peel. All peels are final sale for safety. Read why here: https://platinumskincare.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/13515721322899-But-why-can-t-I-return-my-chemical-peel *You agree to this during our checkout process, and it is very explicitly notated as Final Sale. It is also at the very top of our Returns and Shipping page in a giant blue box, here: https://www.platinumskincare.com/shipping-returns/ Not reading a policy does not change the fact that it is still the policy. Chemical Peels are Final Sale. But, that is not even the true reason that you are irate at this point and even want to return your peel. You were Extremely happy about it. So much so that you wanted to share it with everyone! That is because we have a "Friends and Family" referral offer to all new customers. This is where you can share your link with your Friends, and you can earn Store Credits for doing so. It is a very simple program. I will paste the exact words - that, again you did not read: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Refer your friends, get 1000 points! Give your friends 20% off all products (*Excl. Deals). When your friends buy from your invite link, you get 1000 points! ***WE DO NOT ALLOW SHARING ON COUPON SITES. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT SHARING YOUR REFERRALS WILL BE VOIDED AND YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM OUR PROGRAM.***" ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is the same wording that was there when you signed up. I copy/pasted them from the email that you received. These are the ONLY words on the page. So, instead of following this and sharing it on Facebook with your friends, or emailing it to your family ... you immediately went to a coupon website to try and "trick the system". Retail-me-not specifically. So the system immediately noticed an uptick in referrals. There were 22 in a couple of days. This was immediately flagged as "suspicious" by the referral program. So we had a conversation about where you were sharing it. Since it was against our policy, those referrals were cancelled, and your Referral account closed. Exactly as we stated it would be when you received the share offer in the first place. This was not Rude. This was not Harsh in any way. Just a matter of a fact it had to be done. Nothing more was said on our end. So, to end this. When you go against the Single Rule of the program - you will not be able to receive those referrals. This is not a Scam, or being Rude, or even trying to Fool anyone. This is the ONE rule to the program - and you Chose to just Ignore it. That does not make it our fault in any way. We appreciate our wonderful customers. If they share their links with their friends . .. they earn those points and get store credits. This is them using the program as it should be used. This is NOT an Affiliate program at all. Just sharing with friends. The anger you are feeling at this is very strange. Posting everywhere, and trying to make people feel that We are the "bad guys", simply does not make sense. This is a very Hostile response (all of your postings everywhere you can find to complain ... including dozens of Facebook posts) for someone who simply, did not follow the rule - and Purposefully went against it. ... An "oops, I am sorry" would have sufficed, and we could have moved forward with no harsh feelings. This is far far too much.

Updated response: Diane. Your complaint was that your skin did not peel. Prepping with a retinoid and acids, melanin inhibitor if needed for 4 weeks is first. The wetness of the gauze, layers... I have aided you in emails. We have done nothing wrong here. You have created a BBB case and they closed it as we have done absolutely nothing wrong here. They have copies of our emails, the entire situation, and that you sent items back to us that were not approved. This is not our fault, nor is it our responsibility to pay to send them back to you. We have Held onto these, as we were hoping that you would send the Approved item back to us. When we receive that, and process the refund, we can do a First Class label to send the products back to you for about $5. We would be happy to do so and are awaiting your return to arrive. Please send the item to us so that we can conclude this situation. Thank you. Original response: Hello Diane, I will paste our conversation below my initial response here. We have a very strict return policy for our Certified Chemical Peels that you MUST agree to in order to purchase them on our website. It is very clear on the Returns page and during the checkout process itself. This is something that must be Read, and then you must put a Check into the box, stating that you understand our policy in order to move forward and finish your order. Most of the Other items Are refundable. *You were approved to refund your Fusion A ... you just did not send that one to us for the refund. We will be happy to do so if you send it to us. Remember - Just checking the box without reading is never advisable. But, as you can see in our below conversation - you just sent the items back and Expected a refund anyways. We did reach out to you to let you know, and asked if you would like to pay to return them to you or if we should just discard them. Our policy is in place for a reason. Please see here as to why: https://platinumskincare.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/13515721322899-But-why-can-t-I-return-my-chemical-peel ----email--------- Hello, I see that you requested to return an item that is a Final Sale. The Request has been rejected. Please see our Return Policy that you agree to during checkout here: https://www.platinumskincare.com/shipping-returns/ Please do Not ship these items back to us. They will be discarded. I would be happy to walk you through the proper Prep and use of these products. I can also walk you through how to dilute them to be a lower %. The most important thing though is your skin's coloring and your Prep. We want to avoid PIH - which it sounds like you are dealing with now. After the peel the big things are avoiding the sun. SPF 50 and shade the skin with a large hat to avoid UV rays causing discoloration. I will post some links for you to review: I have darker skin (olive skin) and did a peel. Now I have PIH hyperpigmentation. Is this PIH or just dead skin ready to shed? How do I dilute the acids? *Common Dilutions Listed HERE Respectfully, Jen -------------after you sent back peels anyways ----------------- Hello Dawne, I received a package from you today. In it are 2 peels along with 2 small bottles of Luminosity and a couple of Free samples. 1. The chemical peels are non-refundable. We have spoken regarding this in another email. So please let me know if I should just toss this in the garbage, or would you like it returned to you? **I can return these products to you for a $5 reduced fee if you would like. I can just remove that from the Fusion A refund that will happen when that is received. 2. The return that Was approved was the full sized bottle of Fusion A .15. I am still waiting to receive this item. Did you send it in another package? It IS refundable, and I will do so once it arrives to our location. Please let me know how to proceed here. Cordially, Jennifer

UPDATE 4 - Cease and Desist! You have updated this post no less than 40x. UPDATE 3 - There are 33,000+ people in our private group. ADMIN did Not respond to you rudely. The person named "tiffany" is not an employee here at Platinum. Please STOP accusing us of responding to you by calling you names. All 16 of those in your photo you were Group Members - NOT Employees. UPDATE 2- This is completely UNFOUNDED. You have been shown PROOF of our emails to you. You have continued an all out assault over a falsehood. This is now harassment! UPDATE 1- We received numerous complaints about you needing to be removed from the group and you continued to go from post to post making angry faces and making rude comments. **Just because a person named "jennifer" did an emoji does NOT mean that is the owner of this company. There are many Jennifers in the world. Your original complaint was that we did not respond to your emails. That was proven by photos that we did. 3x *Posted verbatim below* Nov 2 and November 25 two times. But you continued your assaults. Even when shown proof. Your order is on the way back to us. When packages are RTS, they do not take priority status with carriers. It can take several weeks+ to reach us. They will find their way back to us, and when they do you will be Promptly refunded. *****Looks like package arrived in the USA 3 weeks ago. We DO NOT HAVE your package yet. When it is delivered to us you will see this in tracking. Your email to us Nov 2. "Hello, I have never recieved my order 381054. Thanks for the update, C" ----------------------------------- Our response Nov 3 with a photo of tracking: "Looks like the package was not claimed and is being returned to sender. A refund will be issued minus shipping when the package arrives back to our facility." ---------------------- Your email to us Nov 25: "Hello, Could you please confirm you have received my parcel back ? Never received it unfortunately. Regards, C" ------- Our response Nov 25: "I do not show that we have received the package back yet. Returned Asendia packages take some time to make it back to us as this is a hybrid shipping service. We will certainly send you an email when the package arrives back and issue a refund. Dora" ------- Your email: Could you please tell me where my refund is ? Or are you going to steal from me ?" ------ Our email response to you; Your package has been returned to sender due to non-payment of duties. See below. It looks like it has reached the US about 3 weeks ago. It is heading to the Asendia sorting center. Asendia ships back returned packages to us in a batch monthly. When your returned package is received back to our facility....at that time a refund will be processed minus the original shipping fee. I am not sure why you would think we would "steal from you". That is certainly not the case. Platinum Skin Care is at no fault here. Your package is being returned, we have no control over the shipping system. Filing a lost package claim is also not an option. The insurance covers the packing shipping to the destination. The insurance company would deny the claim because the tracking clearly states the package is being returned to sender due to non-payment. At this point, our only option is to patiently wait for the package to arrive back to our facility. Dora" -------- RTS packages are refunded (- shipping fees paid to the carrier). This will be honored when the package is received by our warehouse. You will be notified via email. Here is the tracking: https://a1.asendiausa.com/tracking/?trackingnumber=AS000985988US Our group is a place for offering Help and having a Positive attitude towards everyone there. Aggressive, rude or mean comments and arguing will be stopped immediately and comments closed or posts removed. Hence, why your post was deleted ... 3x. Group members were agitated by your claims even in the face of visual evidence.

Hello. This is not in relation to a product. You are writing a review based on a private social media group and your statements that are not documented. There is no Felicia Wxxxxxn in our group. 1. If a post is causing undue alarm, or is fraudulent, or is getting dangerous comments/recommendations from other page users - yes, comments can be "turned off" or the entire post removed. Our page is not the place for mean comments or rude back-and-forth. We monitor this closely to keep a healthy and positive environment to help each other. 2. If someone had a bad reaction we would always help them with what we can. The page is to Help our customers. If this was a reaction from something that we do Not manufacture/sell then we may remove it as we have no way of offering the proper help. 3. If a post is removed (publicly) the poster is Always reached out to via messenger to offer reasons why it would have been removed and offered help personally if need be. 4. No where in our group rules does it say anything about leaving reviews in a post (positive or negative). Our group is to HELP ... that means bad results and good. There are many times people misuse products ... don't follow the directions .. and have a bad outcome. We will Help them to heal and move forward with a correct method. 5. If people are bickering to and fro - that will be deleted. Negativity towards other members will not be tolerated and IS a rule for our page. If you wish to see reviews - good and bad - you can look at our website. These are monitored by a 3rd party. They are all there. 5 stars and 1 star. We do not have anything to hide. Trustpilot is NOT connected to us in any way. We are unsure why you are here posting a review? We go ABOVE and BEYOND any other companies out there to help our customers. Just being in the group and seeing the 33,000 + members being helped one by one by Admin and the CEO of the company will show you how involved we are at giving our customers the very Best experience and Results possible. If this is not a philosophy that you agree with - we certainly understand. It is a private group.

[Additional response after customer editing original]. We do not get any notification if a package has been Refused/Sent back to Receiver unless: 1. You reach out to us at [email protected] to let us know, or 2. We receive a package by the carrier. We will not do a refund until a package is in our hands. As I check now - I do not see a refund on your account. This means that we have not received your package back from the carrier yet. Please follow the LINK that I provided here/emailed originally... so you can see what We see. I cannot see any further than October 17 when you were not there to accept the package. **Since the package did make it to your address - the insurance carrier will not cover this. They cover To the destination. If you Refuse/Can't accept ... the return journey is not insured. The Carrier can pick this up though if they lose it. We are not at that point yet. They may have held that package for 2 more weeks Prior to marking it for a Return journey. We do not have any information as of yet. As I explained .. it can then take up to 4+ weeks to arrive Back to us. So this could be arriving any day now. When it does you will absolutely be refunded the product's pricing. There is no question of this. Patience is required at this point since it is not a direct Replacement/Lost/Stolen package. It was {in the carrier's eyes} ... Refused. We will reach out to you when we have word. Very best. Hello Larissa. We ship every single package with Full Coverage Insurance. This is notated: 1. At checkout, 2. In your Invoice receipt, 3. In your tracking email, and of course 4. On our website. There is not a need to panic or worry. Please just contact [email protected] We will create a Claim with Cabrella Insurance. Now ... let's see what happened in this case: I see your order shipped on October 6th - and see the following: Times are in local time of the checkpoint location. Delivery attempt (addressee absent) Oct 17 2023 11:20 am 2023-10-17T11:20:00 *Generally, if you are not there after 2 attempts to collect any duty/customs they will send the package Back to Us. **All customs/duty fees are listed on the checkout page where you choose your shipping so there are never any surprises. This is what your checkout method chosen said: "Asendia-Post 2-6 wks (e-PAQ Plus - $21.96 in duties and taxes will be payable on delivery)" So, your carrier needed to be paid $21.96 or they will not leave the package. They generally leave a Package Delivery Missed notice in your mail to give you warning. In the USA ours is Pink. When we receive the package back you will be refunded (- shipping fees paid to the carrier for the journey). We email you when this happens. **I also put your email in the Tracking page so that you can get an email when they deliver the package to Asendia and at the end to Us/Sender. **Mind you, carriers are not Quick to send back undeliverables. It can take 1-2 months for us to receive it - but when we do - you will be refunded. Please give some time for this to happen. Here is a copy of your tracking link for your own reference: https://www.aftership.com/track/asendia-usa/0245FA4C2DEC4E08BEF3

Hello. We are so very sorry to hear this. the intent of TCA 30 is for a body peel Or for full dilution to a much lower percentage. For everyone's safety, of which we take Very Seriously.... it is Very Clearly stated on our website, in all videos, on the selection dropdown, and in all text on the page.... that TCA 30 is not for the face. It is also not for Fitzpatrick skin types 4-6. We are unsure as to why it was used against its purpose here. Just in case you purchased without reading ANY of our website... Anyone that purchases a TCA peel is also sent an email with a WARNING regarding TCA 30 ... as many just follow other recommendations of youtubers and such thinking it is OK for other uses. It is NOT. 1. Always listen to the Manufacture of the product you are purchasing. 2. Always read your Peel Manual and follow those directions. TCA 30 is not for face use. So, what I believe has happened here (with the dark skin you are stating) is called PIH. This is Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation. It is very common with ethnic skin types (olive and darker ... Fitzpatrick 4-6). With these skin types we recommend the use of a melanin inhibitor such as our Fade Bright or Hydroquinone for 3-4 weeks Prior to doing doing a TCA peel. After this prep we recommend the lowest Percentage of 13% at 1-2 layers. This is used to Prevent, or greatly lessen the chances of getting PIH. It is not a guarantee.. but any pih will be greatly lessened. In order to treat any PIH you will follow the same steps after. Melanin inhibitor every day and SPF 50. Stay out of the sun. UV rays will always make any pigmentation worse. If you do a peel you must stay out of the sun. Please see this video here: https://www.platinumskincare.com/so-you-ended-up-with-pih for more suggestions. While this is a very unfortunate situation, please follow the recommendations I have offered so that you can lighten the pigmentation that has occured from using too strong an acid. Expect this to take a few months of consistent treatment.

Hello. This review was placed on a 3rd party platform, so we have unwittingly missed responding until now (4-2022). We are based in the United States and handle a great deal of global orders. We have been here for 20 years and have an excellent understanding on how to get orders to customers with very good results. Since I do not know your name or order number - I can't dig deep into this. I can only post here how we handle ALL orders. 1. We add Route Insurance onto every order at checkout. If anything happens to your order ie: lost/miss delivered/stolen/damaged… Route Insurance will make sure that a replacement is sent or a refund if that is what the customer chooses. This is handled 100% between the customer and the insurance company. 2. The customer is sent an email from Route the second that their order is marked Shipped in our system. They have access and can file a claim at any time something goes amiss. There are rules: Lost packages need to be notified no later than day 30 without a scan from the carrier. As a benefit WE send out an email ON day 20 after shipment to remind all customers to check their parcel to be sure it is moving along as scheduled. We ship directly to the address provided by you during the checkout stage. Our shipping program pulls your address, and we ship without changing any elements of the address. If there was an error ... ie country code, zip, street or City/State, we have no control over that - nor would we know if there was an error since many global addresses vary greatly from US addresses. We most definitely have full coverage insurance with Route. It is added onto every single order during the checkout phase. It is $0.98 up to $100 and 3% thereafter. Since covid we had noticed too many missing/lost/stolen/packages not making it to customers. We have had this for 2 years now and Route works wonderfully – replacing or refunding our customers as needed. After reading your comments I see that Route Insurance DID take care of you with a refund. It is their policy to provide to you one of two options: 1. Full replacement. Route places a new order on your behalf and pays to ship it to you. This is the BEST option in which you will have lost nothing (but time) and will end up with a full order. 2. Refund of product price. This is the option that you chose. You were refunded for your products. Route will not refund shipping fees paid to the carrier... hence why most like to choose to get the products replaced instead. They are still wanting the product if it did not arrive. We are stuck in a conundrum if you realize that a provided address is wrong AFTER the order has shipped. There is no way for us to stop this order. We make sure to ALERT all our customers to check their address immediately after their email is sent verifying the orders. If an address update is sent out to us immediately, we are generally able to update that. So, while I understand your frustration not receiving your package when you had hoped, I am also extremely happy that Route Insurance handled your order as it should have and gave you the Refund you chose.
