The team was very professional I was having my mom moved down to Florida and had a supposed transport company lined up, they turned out to be terrible in communication, I called Chris in a panic from platinum auto transport and he and his team went above and beyond for me and was even able to get the vehicle to Florida a day earlier than scheduled, this company is top notch , I will definitely be using them for my move to Florida next year.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for trusting Platinum Auto Transport Inc. during such an important move for your family. We understand how stressful it can be when a transport company doesn’t communicate or follow through, especially when coordinating a vehicle for a loved one.
Chris and our entire team truly appreciate the opportunity to step in and make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We’re especially glad we were able to get your vehicle delivered to Florida a day ahead of schedule!
Thank you again for choosing Platinum Auto Transport Inc. We look forward to assisting you with your move to Florida next year. We truly appreciate your business and your recommendation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Lies!!
Lies!!! Booked car transport with CHRIS - week before he calls asking to pick up car earlier than agreed. I agreed as long as car at destination on morning of 15th - guaranteed me it would be. GPS with car location conveniently turned off - car never arrived- when I called CHRIS - he told me he never said car would be here and that he was on lunch! I had to spend additional money to book a hotel room for another night and use Ubers. When I told CHRIS I would be writing a bad review he told me he didn’t care - he would suffer no consequences! Miserable person

Crazy experience
Crazy experience. I shipped 2 cars back and fourth and signed a contract invoice with Chris for the amount. Then when car was transported back they charged me more saying Jackie mis entered wrong amount with invoice?? and he would compensate me or get it solved. It has been 2 weeks now trying to contact them but all there numbers are down or they won't pick up. Seemed like a bait and switch to me honestly and very fustrated cause they wont respond back.. also had to wait 6 hours for a driver to pick up from eta schedule pick up on both times from another auto dispatcher company to tell me.
Edit: First, I was charged additional money beyond the agreed-upon transportation cost. Y'all have not responded and have ignored all my phone calls for weeks, til I left a review on Trustpilot and responded with a comeback review (no phone calls back). I should have recieved my money back for yall's mis-typo on my "invoice" that I signed and agreed, but instead ya'll have been ignoring all my phone calls and text messages.. and plus I had already paid a $500 deposit already for both cars 3 days before to deliver and dropoff. Ya'll didn't charge more til I had my other vehicle to be dropped off. That is when ya'll said "oops mis-typo on invoice" and charged me more that I had to pay for truck driver to release my vehicle to me. Also I haven't got a called back or any info from Chris, he said he would definitely situate it out to their mistake on my invoice and get it solved. But nothing and been ghosting me on his 2 personal cell phones he said that was his number also. How do you mis-type on an invoice that you asked me to sign beforehand? and I lose money..
I'm disappointed that I acknowledge this mistake that ya'll made and haven't done anything to get it corrected and ignoring all my phone calls from 4 different numbers ya'll have provided.
Additionally, ya'll noted "As stated in the contract that "I" signed, the total amount due was "clearly listed." The invoice you received contained a "$200" "clerical error due to a typo", which resulted in the invoice reflecting an amount lower than the signed contract price. "The signed contract has always been the governing document for the agreed service. "
So I should get back my money back that I had to pay extra for with the contract I signed, to get my other car back with the driver??
I would encourage anyone reading this review to make sure Platinum doesn't mis-type prices on their invoice before signing the document agreement..

Thank you for your feedback. We take customer concerns seriously and would like to clarify a few important points.
First, you were not charged any additional money beyond the agreed-upon transportation cost. As stated in the contract that you signed, the total amount due was clearly listed. The invoice you received contained a $100 clerical error due to a typo, which resulted in the invoice reflecting an amount lower than the signed contract price. The signed contract has always been the governing document for the agreed service.
We are disappointed that, rather than acknowledging this administrative mistake, you have chosen to characterize the situation as a "bait and switch," which is simply not accurate. At no point did we increase the agreed-upon price or charge more than what was outlined in the contract.
Additionally, we successfully transported two vehicles for you. If our service had truly been as unsatisfactory as described, it raises the question of why a second vehicle was entrusted to us weeks after the first vehicle was delivered.
Regarding pickup delays, carrier arrival times can occasionally be affected by traffic, weather, and other logistical factors beyond our direct control. Nevertheless, we understand how delays can be frustrating and apologize for any inconvenience they may have caused.
We value every customer and strive to provide transparent and reliable service. We encourage anyone reading this review to consider the facts as documented in the signed agreement and the successful completion of both vehicle transports.
Terrible company
Terrible company, I only took their call because the previous company was pulling a bait and switch. Chris at platinum swore that my car would be on a single truck and a single driver and that was a lie it changed hands at least once. Chris also told me he could get the $250 deposit back from fairway logistics who screwed me the first time yet every time I try to call platinum transports phone number I get an error. They seem to have just vanished after promising me the world and worse yet the driver dropped my truck off his trailer and damaged the spindles I can't get a hold of platinum to file a claim. Not that they would pay it anyway. And if you don't believe me I have the transcripts and the pictures to prove it Use reliable carriers instead.

Thank you for your feedback. We take concerns like this seriously and want to address several points to ensure an accurate understanding of what occurred.
First, we did not “vanish.” We experienced a temporary issue with our main phone line, which impacted inbound calls. Alternative contact numbers were provided, and we remain available to assist with any active matters, including claims support.
Regarding your transport, your vehicle was assigned to a single carrier for the duration of the shipment. At times, drivers may change due to DOT regulations and required rest periods—this is standard across the industry and does not mean your vehicle was transferred between different carrier companies.
On the matter of the $250 deposit with Fairway Logistics, it’s important to clarify that this was not a fee paid to our company. While Chris made a good-faith effort to assist you in recovering that deposit, it is not something Platinum Auto Transport Inc. has control over or responsibility for. His intention was to help you navigate a difficult situation, not to assume liability for another company’s actions.
It’s also worth noting that prior to working with us, you experienced delays and pricing changes with that company. When you connected with us, we secured a driver for an expedited pickup without charging you a deposit, and the price quoted to you was honored—without any bait-and-switch.
As for the damage you’ve described, we take that very seriously. Any claim involving a carrier must be filed with the carrier’s insurance, and we are more than willing to assist you through that process. If you still need help initiating or following up on a claim, please contact us directly—we will ensure you are properly guided.
We strive to provide transparent, reliable service, especially in time-sensitive situations. While we understand your frustration, we believe the full context is important for others reading your review.
Excellent customer service
Platinum Auto towed a wrecked car from Texas to South Carolina for me: I was not familiar with the process and Chris took time to explain all the details. He also guaranteed a fair price compared to what the other companies offered. Jackie from dispatch informed me of all financial matters and kept me updated on pick up and delivery. No deposit was made until my delivery date was confirmed. Customer service was excellent across the board. Every time I call someone was available to my questions. I was able to track the driver during the entire trip. Mikheil delivered our vehicle with no issues and no other damage. Everything went so smooth and I am very happy that I chose Platinum Auto Transport.

Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful review, and for choosing Platinum Auto Transport Inc. to handle your shipment.
We understand that coordinating the transport of a wrecked vehicle—particularly across state lines—can feel unfamiliar, so it’s especially gratifying to hear that Chris was able to provide clear guidance and transparency from the outset. Offering fair, straightforward pricing and setting proper expectations are principles we take seriously.
We’re equally pleased to know that Jackie kept you fully informed throughout the process, ensuring clarity on all financial matters and timely updates on pickup and delivery. Providing consistent communication and being readily available to address any questions is something we pride ourselves on.
It’s wonderful to hear that Mikheil completed the delivery smoothly and without any additional damage. We will be sure to share your kind feedback with him.
Your experience reflects the standard we strive to uphold—professional, reliable, and seamless service from start to finish. We sincerely appreciate your trust and are very glad you chose Platinum Auto Transport. We look forward to assisting you again whenever your transport needs arise.
The owner was super nice
The owner was super nice. The reason I will not give a 5 is because when it was time to drop off my car, the delivery guy made me walk 1 mile to get my car. Then their payment system did not work so I had to walk a mile back to get cash. My car was clean when they got it. It was so dirty when I got it back. On top of that I had to pay an extra $200 when they picked up my car. I was ok with that part because the guy was nice. The drop off guy was rude.

Thanks so much for your feedback!
We’re sorry for the inconvenience with the drop-off and the extra charge. As we explain ahead of time, loading items outside the backseat or trunk can lead to additional fees for safety reasons.
We also apologize for the walk—those tight streets can make it tough for carriers to get close, but we would’ve happily helped coordinate a better meet-up if we knew.
We really appreciate your understanding and your input—it helps us do better every day!

Disappointing Experience Due to Delays and Poor Communication Significant Delivery Delay and Misleading
I am disappointed with my experience with Platinum Auto Transport Inc.
Price Gouging and Playing it by ear.
My vehicle delivery was significantly delayed beyond the original timeframe provided. In addition, I was given information about the service that turned out to be inaccurate, which caused inconvenience and frustration.
Communication during the delay was inconsistent, and I did not receive clear or proactive updates regarding the status of my shipment.
Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to carefully clarify timelines, pricing, and service details in writing before booking.
I hope the company takes steps to improve transparency and customer communication.
Bad Faith and Short-termist Owners.

Great Experience!
My recent car move was handled flawlessly by Platinum Auto. The driver was prompt in his arrival and kept me informed during the brief drive down I-81. The cost was very reasonable, and my car arrived in excellent shape.
