Hello Mineko. Your experience does not reflect our high customer service standards, and I believe there may be some confusion. Please allow us to clarify what transpired. We were contacted by your company on 5/14/15 to provide a quote. The quote was approved sometime thereafter, and our records indicate that we created and delivered a proof on 5/28/15 after receiving your artwork. Unfortunately, we did not receive approval of the artwork proof until 7/6/2015. Once we received this proof approval, we were allowed to proceed with printing your company's cards. Unfortunately, however, once your company's cards were delivered, it was discovered that the data supplied to us by your company was incorrect, and would not work with your POS system. Although we were provided with incorrect encoding data, we took it upon ourselves to contact the POS system provider on your behalf to retrieve the correct data and reprint your cards for free. We are pleased to see that you will be working with us again. Thank you for the opportunity. We appreciate your business.
