There are three basic aspects of a job search: searching, applying (resume, cover letter, and application), and, of course, interviewing for roles. I signed a contract with Placement for the second and third reasons, in that order. My coach not only gave me the necessary tools, but they held me accountable to utilize them. This what what I needed: a 'friend' who could motivate me, improve my resume, and prep me for interviews. The only con is that there is no graduation in their percentage asked for (i.e. entry levels and senior roles are both charged the same amount).

Wow! I’m absolutely blown away by the care Placement took in finding me my dream job and preparing me every step of the way to secure it!!! When I set out on a mission to find a new job, I was shocked to find there weren’t more companies out there that were providing a job service direct to and on behalf of the “talent” (employee/worker), as opposed to the common recruitment firm working for a company. That’s of course until I found Placement. They do an excellent job understanding your professional wants and needs, prepping you to be in the best possible position to secure your dream job, leveraging their networks in order to deliver you the opportunity, coaching you through interview execution, and negotiating your contract. Coming from the Startup space and being mostly self-employed over the last decade, I had NO IDEA where to start or even approach my job search. Placement got me DIALED; from resume, LinkedIn, and credential collateral to interview prep, recruiter comms, and contract negotiation - Placement provides a dedicated team to play “Sherpa” throughout the journey. They took a complex, stressful process and made it step-by-step simple. I had the pleasure of working closest with Jeff and Alaina, who treated me like family. They were my teachers, champions, my sounding board, my therapists at times, mentors, and now two people I consider friends. I presume they are a reflection of the organization, as even the CEO at one point reached out to me direct to ask how my experience had been going. You wouldn’t go into litigation without an attorney. Don’t go into your job search without Placement. I would absolutely recommend Placement with zero reservations to anyone looking to LEVEL UP their career. I believe it’s a mission critical component of a successful job search.

The team at Placement is absolutely incredible. I honestly can't say this enough, and I'm already recommending them to any of my friends who are job searching. Every department works together cohesively so that you get expert advice on every piece of your search, and always feel 100% supported. From resume experts to mock interviews to network connections to salary negotiation strategy- they do it all. I can definitely see myself coming back again and again.

To be honest, I was very skeptical at first. I didn’t want to have to pay a recruiter to help me get a job. However, once I understood the process, and got started? I saw how hard they worked for me and eventually helped me get my dream job. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the help Placement provided. They prepared me better than I ever would’ve.

I have crippling job application anxiety, particularly when it comes to cover letters. I'd been searching for my dream job on my own for years while doing what I needed to get by. I was getting little to no response to my applications and I didn't know why. Imposter Syndrome had me in its grip so tightly I couldn't breathe. Jeff, Yasmin, and the team at Placement gave me back my confidence. They helped me refine my resume and cover letters, practice interview questions, and even helped with negotiating when the time came! They helped add quantitative components to someone who thinks almost exclusively qualitatively. They helped build my confidence as an interviewee. They listened when I was doubting myself and gave me the tools to believe in myself and show that confidence to future employers. I can't recommend them enough!

I don't have enough words to explain how wonderful my experience has been with Placement. The team is knowledgable and helpful through the job finding/interviewing process. I have learned so many valuable skills (networking, interviewing, etc.) that I will be able to use moving forward. Everyone I worked with was extremely supportive. I do not think I could have landed the job I did and got more money on my offer without Placement. If you are struggling to find a new job, consider Placement!

I would and I do recommend Placement to anyone seeking employment. It's hard on the job search and helps to have a partner each step of the way (especially when those partners know about recruiting and hiring first hand). They helped from revising my resume to negotiating offers and the slumps in between that inevitably happen. I not only have a great new job, but also a large increase in salary and tools for my future career search. I feel like I'm finally on the right track and getting paid fairly for my work!
