I have, due to my health, have to receive a lot of lab work. The fact that we no longer check in with human people and instead use kiosks is driving me crazy. They do not work correctly. Additionally, I recieved something in the mail asking me to update my insurance information. They do not have an option to do this online. Only through mail or a fax machine (who owns a fax machine in 2026?) First of all, my information was correct when I check in, and second, why on earth can I just not fill it out through their online portal? It says I need an invoice to do so but I don't have that because they didn't send one. Called customer service and it's closed and said to use the website. I'm so sick of this incompetence. I'm so uncomfortable sending my insurance information through the mail but what other choice do I have?

Recently I dropped off a 24 hour urine test that had not resulted or appeared on my account after 1 week. When I contacted them, I was told I could request preliminary results. I had to repeat this after another week or two and again requested preliminary results. Each time I did I received results as requested. Then days later the last portion of the test was determined to be not testable related to elevated PH level from improper storage. The PH level should have been tested earlier in my opinion and as far as improper storage the sample was refrigerated as instructed. That indicates to me that it was likely improperly handling at the LabCorp facility. I have also had a provider as well as a form LabCorp employee tell me that they prefer Quest due to repeated similar issues. Since providing Quest a new sample I have had no similar issues and receive my results as they are tested and do not have to request preliminary each time. I am frustrated at having to repeat a complicated test, as well as the costs incurred.
