It hasn't given me any problems over many months of usage and given that I use an RO filter, there's no need to replace the unit's filter. It's such a high quality product, which has moved me to purchase the smaller, portable unit (especially for the cannula). Hi Steven! Thank you for your feedback! Consistency and value are our top priorities, and we're glad you're experiencing both. Your support is greatly appreciated!🤗
I liked it enough that I bought another one. It would be nice on the pitcher model if there was a button that would turn on magnetic water feature and then go into the H2 Water Higher or Standard settings. I forget about it sometimes and think my water is done only to remember that I hadn’t started the H2 feature yet.

Your system actually works and is easy to use. I tried another brand and was not happy with it at all. I've been using Piurify for over a month and it has performed flawlessly. My wife was so impressed that she bought one as well.
