Dear Chris, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. After a thorough review, we found the following details regarding your order: Upon receiving your cancellation request, we immediately attempted to intercept the shipment. Since the fishing rod and fishing reel were shipped separately, they were processed differently by the carrier: the fishing rod was successfully intercepted and returned, while the fishing reel had already been delivered and could not be recalled in time. As soon as the rod interception was confirmed, we processed a full refund for the rod. If you want to return the reel you received, please contact our customer service through the following email 【cs@piscifun】, and we will return it for free. We truly regret any frustration this situation has caused and appreciate your understanding. We are committed to improving our processes to provide all our customers with more reliable service. Wishing you all the best.
