I ordered an item. My PayPal was charged immediately. I never got any email confirmation. A few weeks later, when my item still did not arrive, I contacted them over the email stated on the site 3 times - no response. I opened PayPal case and found a different email that PayPal listed. I contacted them over that email, but also received no response. PayPal refunded my money.
