Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are delighted to know you are satisfied with the arched chandelier; your praise means a lot to our team. We also greatly appreciate sharing your installation experience and pointing out the issues with the threaded tubing when using the ceiling panel. Your suggestions were very helpful, and we have added relevant instructions to the product page to make installation easier for other customers. Thank you again for your valuable feedback and for choosing us. We hope you will continue to enjoy this beautiful chandelier for many years to come!

Hi Sonny, We hear you loud and clear, and we’re so sorry for the delay! 😔 Waiting 7 weeks is definitely frustrating, and we want to be totally transparent about what's happening. Your order from March 22 was shipped on April 2, and we have some good news: your package has officially arrived at the local port! 🚢✨ It’s currently in a routine U.S. Customs inspection. Since Customs is a government agency, we have to follow their timeline, but we’ve already submitted all the paperwork to move things along. There are no safety or copyright issues with your lights, so it's just a matter of waiting for the "all clear." 📝✅ As soon as they finish, FedEx will grab your package and head straight to your door. You'll see that tracking update immediately! 🚚💨 We are 100% confident your order will arrive safely very soon. Thank you so much for hanging in there with us! 💡🙌 Best, Yulia The Pinlighting Team

Hi there, I am genuinely sorry to see your review and to hear about the frustration regarding your order. I completely understand how concerning it feels when you're expecting something for your home and it hasn't arrived. I want to clarify that we are a legitimate business with a dedicated team, and we absolutely do not engage in "drop shipping" or ghosting our customers. We take full responsibility for every order placed with us. Sometimes, international logistics or customs can cause unexpected delays, but we are always here to resolve them. Could you please provide your Order Number? I would like to personally look into your shipment status right away. Once I have your details, I will track down exactly where your lights are and provide you with a concrete solution—whether that’s an immediate status update, a replacement, or a full refund if something has gone wrong. We value your trust and want to make this right. I’ll be waiting for your reply. Best regards, Martin Customer Service Manager Pinlighting.com

Thank you for your message. I understand your concern, and I would like to clarify this matter for you. Our products are manufactured in compliance with CSA certification standards. The fixture you purchased is safe for normal installation and use when installed according to standard electrical guidelines. If there is a specific concern raised by your electrician or inspector, could you please share more details or any documentation they provided? This will allow us to review the situation carefully and respond more precisely. We stand behind the safety and usability of our products and are happy to assist you in resolving any misunderstanding. I look forward to your reply. Dear Customer, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. At this time, we’re unable to locate your order based on the information in your review. Could you please contact us directly and provide your order number so we can carefully review your case and assist you properly? We’d like to clarify that, in many cases, lighting fixtures cannot be fully evaluated for appearance or function until installation is completed. That said, we do not ask customers to forfeit return rights by installing a product. When we request photos or installation confirmation, it is solely to determine whether an issue is related to installation, bulb type, or a specific component. If any individual part is bent, scratched, or damaged, we are always happy to send replacement components at no cost rather than causing unnecessary delays or inconvenience. Once we receive your order details, our management team will personally review the situation and work toward a fair and prompt resolution. We value every customer’s feedback and would welcome the opportunity to make this right. Sincerely, Pinlighting Customer Care Team
