Pinky’s Iron DoorsReviews of pinkysirondoors.com

China product

Love my doors.

Ordered a double door and then decided to order the transom window to match after the fact. The customer service was great. Spoke to a person that helped me put both items together so they would be delivered together.

Item was in stock, shipping was quick, website was easy to navigate

you left me with damaged doors and would not fix them unless I agreed in the contract that it was an installation problem on doors that they knew were faulty before shipping

I’ve been using Pinky doors since 2017. They have elevated the look at all of our projects. Customer service has been great so happy to have discovered them and will continue to use them.

We absolutely love our Pinky’s iron doors! They’re stylish, beautiful, really changed the whole look of our home. We are returning customers. A huge shoutout to Patrick for the amazing customer service. He was so patient with us, answered all our questions, and genuinely went above and beyond. Truly one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had. Marvin was also great and made coordinating the delivery so easy and smooth. Beautiful doors & an even better team. So happy we went with Pinky’s. We won’t be surprised if we reorder again. Our doors are really luxurious looking. Great investment pieces.
