PinglightingReviews of pinglighting.com

The website was easy to navigate anc lots of variety in lights and very reasonably priced. Communication with company was easy and questions answered and resolved immediately. I would highly recommend this company good products, high quality and very good customer service

A beautiful light. Great customer service!

BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered over $2,000 worth of light fittings from Ping Lighting, and cannot install them. Based on the information on their website advising light fittings would be shipped with the appropriate local voltages, I assumed this meant that the lights had the required documentation confirming they were complaint with Australian Standards. When the lights arrived, there was no paperwork included with the fittings, no SAA certificate and no RCM sticker on the fittings. When I requested this documentation from Ping, they advised the fittings only have CE certification (which is not recognised in Australia), and suggested that we hire a "regular worker" to install the fittings, since our electrician understandably refused to install non compliant fixtures. I requested a refund, and prepaid return label so I could return the products, but Ping have repeatedly refused to provide a prepaid return label, and insist that I cover the cost of the return myself. Given these lights can't even be legally installed in Australia, under consumer law, it is the retailer's responsibility to ocver the cost of return shipping, but Ping refuse. I have had to contact my bank to go through a chargeback process. You have been warned - DO NOT BUY from this website if you intend to install these light fixtures in Australia, they are not compliant!!

Perfect lamp, better than I expected and excellent customer service. I will order again in the future 🙂

I had concerns about the delivery timeframe and customer service was very quick and helpful in their response. The light fixture looked exactly as described and I am very happy with it.

HORRIBLE return policy. They charge a 20% restocking fee AND you have to pay to ship it back. They spent days haggling with me (20% off the product, 50% off the product) just so they wouldn't have to accept the return. There are so many other lighting companies out there that will happily accept your return, free of charge. Stay away from this company if you have any intention of returning the product.

The team at Ping lighting were great to deal with. The customer service was five star. The products and quality, I would give the same rating. Thank you to the Ping Lighting Team.

I had a great experience with Ping Lighting. I ordered a wall sconce and was really happy with the quality and look of it when it arrived. The customer service was amazing as well, which made the whole process even better. I would definitely order from them again!
