Service is tremendous. Getting setup was a bit tedious but with their help made it much easier. As for doing transactions nobody in the world could have done better in helping us. We are kept up to date on a continuous basis and look forward to working with them in the future. Anzil and Sue

Your service is professional, punctual, and very hands on. Customer service globally continues to deteriorate, Payments International bucks this trend in spades. Bespoke payments for small companies are common, and time and resources are finite. You act as an extension of our business and move quickly.

Working with Bernie Gauvin provides strong service and assistance in executing trades. Bernie also keeps me informed of FX movements (daily if required) as we approach a trade decision. Bernie is proactive and always provides notice if away and alternate contacts. Between Paul and Bernie we have been very well serviced, kept informed and they have always gone above and beyond to help troubleshoot any issues. Sharon Taylor CFO|COO The Group Ventures

We have had a great experience to date with this platform. Bernard & Paul are always extremely quick with responses regardless the need, that includes adding vendors, resolving tech issues, providing daily insight on markets, and any other issue we may encounter. The platform is very easy to use and navigate. The ease of uploading and removing funds is also a great benefit. It is great to have the assistance of experts when entering and verifying banking information, which is great support we get from the PIIFX team.
