Priscilla, thank you so much for the review!
Like many others on here, we took the time to apply, get pre-approved, only to be turned away after the fact with no explanation. Juan claimed he would get back in touch with us and let us know what was happening, but nevere did. Attempts to reach him, were answered by automated attendant. Mind you this is the sales process, think about it! if its that difficult, and yes it is, to reach them in the sales process, how difficult will it be if you use them for insurance when you really need their help. NO THANKS, see ya!

We're very sorry your experience was disappointing - please let us know if there's anything we can do.
I think this has been a good experience so far. The initial quote for workers comp was several thousand less than what or what it needed up actually being, but we still saved $13k and we're pleased. Robert has been easy to work with and the process is smooth.

We're thrilled we could help meet your workers' comp needs, Blerim! Thanks for the kind words.
Bad customer service, very difficult to get in touch with, and when I did they were abrupt and just plain rude. Don't seem to know what the heck their doing, had very difficult time answering any of my questions.

Very easy, professional staff. Would highly recommend them. Now just waiting for them to add the liability insurance component.
