When placing order couldn’t find either code the one for the 40% or the Back to School 75% off neither had an actual code that you could use to get either discount. Very disappointing! I ordered 2 thinking I would get either discount and already had my heart set on one for myself. Couldn’t find either code to get either discount! False advertisement to the fullest!!

This site was easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for easily. The engraving took a little bit longer to figure out, but was an especially nice touch.

Customer Care contacted me about the chain be difficult to fasten and unfasten and offered to send me another chain free of charge. They were really quick on responding to me and my issue which I truly appreciated. I most definitely order from them again every one compliments me on the dog tag.

Love the personalized firefighter badge! Looks even better than online. Customer Service experience was fantastic, as they helped me very professionally and thoroughly with a minor change of a personal engraving. It’s a beautiful piece, and arrived only 2 days after completing my order! I highly recommend ordering a special piece from this company!
