*Buyer Beware* They sent me a photo locket where both photos were sized and positioned incorrectly. It was supposed to be a gift for my daughter. Even though it was the company's error... any return, exchange or refund is going to cost me the return shipping (I'm in Canada) and a remelting fee of 20%. All in all, if I want to return and refund my purchase, I'll still be out approx $80....AND it was the company's error. My only mistake was not reading plethora of negative reviews before purchasing with this company. I spoke with MARY the day I received the item and she as yet to respond to my emails for the past 2 days. I will most likely go through VISA to have these additional charges disputed.

I ordered the 4 piece puzzle pendant with names and birthstones. I am sorry to say I was very disappointed. For the cost it looks very cheap and the stones are so small you can't tell what month they are from. Only thing that was good is the spelling of the names are correct. I am not even sure I will be giving it as a gift as just not what I envisioned.

They made my locket wrong and said that I have to wait until after the holidays to return it. I have never had a company tell me I had to wait to send back an item because they are "too busy" during the holiday to process the return!!! I will never buy from this company, and I will make it my mission to inform others on the internet to never purchase anything from them either. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

This has been one of my worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I placed and order and contacted them immediately when I realized I had made an error in my order. The agent left me with no response for 6 minutes, leaving me to ask if anyone was till there, then came back to say it was too late and my order had been created and shipped. This is all within 9 minutes of ordering. So they said my personalized item was created and shipped in 9 minutes. Yes it did not even have a shipping label created for 3 additional days, and has now not moved. I have yet to receive, but I can only assume the quality will be terrible if it was produced in less that 10 minutes. I will update once received, but I can say the customer service for somewhere with a 100% satisfaction guarantee is atrocious. Update: They respond with "Unfortunately with 100s of orders and this time of year it was hard to find and cancel your order." to my review. Yet they have not answered my request for an update from them today. They must care more about the review than genuine customer satisfaction. You claimed it was too late because my order shipped (in 9 minutes from order time) yet it did NOT ship for 3 days. Sure, I can return after paying a restock fee, shipping, sanity, etc.

bought a pendant for my daughter for Christmas and I can’t believe this company sent me this trash and cheaply made pendant. on top of that, the pendant was scratched on the inside (including the picture) I tried to resolve the issue but this company wanted me to pay a 20% remelt fee and pay for the shipping to have it exchanged. Oh and they wanted me to buy another one while they resolve the refund. this company wanted me to do all their work so I see why they would send me a crap product with poor craftsmanship (hence the scratches all over the pendant) I contacted my bank because I refuse to keep going back and forth with their demands. hopefully the bank will resolve this issue with this bull**** company that sales cheaply made jewelry that one could find at a discount mall for less than half the price… feel sorry for the ones who bought gold and spent hundreds on this cheap s***! Also this is not sterling silver because some parts stick to a magnet

I got scammed. Spent $700+ on a solid gold locket with inscriptions. A Xmas present for my 86 y/o mother. Locket came in and was smaller than a dime. Could hardly open it and can only read inscriptions with a magnifying glass. A lady named Florenz was going to make it all better and send a tracking envelope. She didn't do that, nor every get back to us. Don't order from this company - it is a scam. I'm embarrassed to give that to my mother for Xmas. Concerning POG's response, Florenz said she emailed me and my wife, and yet neither of us had email from Florenz, not did she call us. I talked to Erica the only time she called, so it was not like they were trying unsuccessfully. Erica followed that call up the following day with an email to tell me what they couldn't do. As of 12/13 this issue has not been resolved and I'm not sure how they are here to help me. The dinky pendent is still sitting on my desk with the mismatched chain and inscriptions that can't be read. UPDATE - AS I CONTINUED TO COMPLAIN WITH ERICA, THINGS GOT WORSE. THEY WOULD REPLACE THE CRAPPY LOCKET WITH ONE 1/4 INCH LARGER BUT WANTED 30% MORE MONEY. NOT ONLY DO THEY SELL CRAPPY PRODUCTS, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. AT ONE POINT SHE CALLED ME ABUSIVE. THINK ABOUT THAT - I PAID THEM OVER $700 FOR A CRAPPY PRODUCT, AND I'M THE ONE WHO IS ABUSIVE. NOTICE THEY HAVE A 57% UNFAVORABLE REVIEWS. IT'S A SCAM OUTFIT. WE HAD TO GO LOCALLY TO GET A DESCENT CHAIN THAT MATCHES THE LOCKET. I WILL BE EMBARRASSED TO GIVE MY MOTHER AN INFERIOR XMAS PRESENT. I MIGHT TAKE IT TO SEE IF IT IS REALLY 14K GOLD - I MISTRUST THEM THAT MUCH. 2ND UPDATE - EMAIL ME IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE A PICTURE OF MY MOTHER HAVING TO USE A MAGNIFYING GLASS TO READ THE INSCRIPTIONS.

*Update. After writing this review someone from the company reached out to me and sent me a return label. I’ve been refunded for my order. I appreciate them resolving the issue. I ordered a medal that was to be double sided. I received a single sided piece of junk. They won’t provide a return label even though they sent me the wrong item and told me it can take 2 months or more for a refund. Such a scam.

Locket came in today and soon as I open it, the image is scratched and so is the metal. Paid $150+ for it to look like that and it looked cheap too. Don’t waste your money. Never again, very disappointed
