I sent it back for a refund and then was offered a 15%discount and another locket was to be sent. Well as of today 2/27/25 Have Not received anything. Stay away this is the worst experience I have ever had .will file complaint to try and get my $184. Back as of now having nothing except a headache. DO NOT USE THIS SITE YOU WILL BE SORRY

Purchased a necklace and pendant for my son for Christmas. Necklace broke within days. They sent us a new one which also broke within days. They will not refund but only offer store credit. Why would I want to buy more of their low quality product? STAY AWAY!

Hi, Stacey! We truly sorry about your experience with the chain. This is not something we make, however, we value you as a customer and would only want you to be satisfied and had therefore refunded the chain in full. Please call us at 877-703-1143 and we will get everything squared away. Thank you!
Ordered right before the holiday at it was received in time to gift which I really did not expect! Great quality and my wife loved the personal picture locket of her baby :)
