I am missing one of the backer boards I ordered. I double checked what I received against what I ordered, and I am definitely missing one of the 16x20 ones I ordered. Also, I found it to be an unpleasant surprise that many of the 16x20 sized backer boards had markings on them. At least half to a third of them had barcodes and logos printed on them. I felt it was unprofessional. What I will say is that it was packaged beautifully.

Response from Picture Salon· Aug 15, 2023
Hi Laurie, We apologize for missing a backing board on your order, when you emailed us, we responded, apologized for the mistake, and offered a refund. For the barcodes and blemishes on the backing boards, barcodes are printed on the boards from the manufacturer, and are common and not typically an issue, as they are behind your print. We requested a picture of the blemishes and also offered to refund you for any that had markings on them. We unfortunately never heard back from our email, we are sorry you felt this interaction warranted a 2 star review and would love the chance to prove to you we can deliver a solid 5 star service in the future! Thank you
