Hi Tracie, We are so happy to see you enjoyed your PICKUP delivery experience, and will pass this feedback along to your drivers for recognition. Thank you! PICKUP customer experience team.
Delivery was scheduled for today well in advance between 8 am and 8pm but was rescheduled. Update : I was contacted by someone from the company who explained me the situation. Was able to work with them and the delivery was made on time within the rescheduled window. I appreciate them reaching out to work with my schedule.

Jhael & Ivan are the absolute best! My headboard for my son's crib broke during delivery and they took care of everything. They are honest and dependable. They are also great with dogs. My 3 dogs are in love with them. Would highly recommend them!

After reading the abysmal reviews I was certain that this would be a scam. However, my personal experience in Denver was top notch and I am very happy with this service. My delivery drivers were friendly, on time and communicative -- I would use them again. To note, you have to be patient and wait for your delivery window to open in order for the app to go into "searching for drivers" status.

Excellent communication via phone and text message. Super friendly and efficient once they arrived. They delivered next day, which is very convenient and fast! They did run a bit late, but always informed me along the way. I highly recommend their services and would definitely use them again.

I purchased an item from Big Lots. It was delivered in 4 hours.

Delivery person was very accommodating but the mattress weighing 89 pounds was too much for one person to bring to second floor. My husband helped out.
