I'm really enjoying the CAGED pathway. I've been playing the guitar for over 25 years but really hadn't picked it up in a while and struggled to find the motivation to practice. I'm the sort of person who really needs to understand the how and why of what I'm learning, and am loving how easy I'm finding it to commit time to pickup music's course. I'm looking forward to doing more courses and maybe finally becoming a halfway decent musician.

The lessons our very informative and digestible I've seen progress in my skillset but also gain a ton of knowledge of the history or neo soul guitar.

The lessons are super accessible and fun - I learn just the right information to both feel challenged and like I can weave each new skill into my repertoire. And as someone who can't afford regular one-on-one music lessons, the low monthly cost makes a huge difference.

If you are looking for a guitar learning program, simply look no further. I started to play guitar around 7 years ago but over the years I made very slow progress. Sometimes I'd follow youtube tutorials for a while and then lose interest because of the format and passive learning experience. I had signed up countless guitar learning lessons over the years as well, some even resulted in my personal information leaks. They offered orientations just to familiarize you with all the contents that they offer. There are also weekly free live lessons with different musicians. I also love the part where I could upload my performance for feedback!! I just really really hope they can keep this up because what their team is doing is magical. For learners like me, I for the first time in my life develop the habit to practice guitar every single day and I only wish I would have found out about this sooner!!

The CAGED learning pathway is a well structured approach to learning the fretboard. The daily lessons with play along exercises are the easiest learning method I have experienced. No more guessing or trying to develop your own practice schedule, simply log in and follow along. Each day builds logically on the last day so that learning occurs naturally with little effort. Just show up each day and enjoy the progress.

This course was really helpful in fiiling the gaps that i had as self-taught guitar player while introducing me to a lot of stuff that i haven´t considered yet.

From all online-guitar-courses I´ve joined the last years (also several popular), this is the first I constantly have fun with! The teachers from Pickup Music offers you a great mix of teaching guitar skills seriously and sympathicly at the same time. The concept of learning paths is not new but here it is really conclusive. Each Learning Path has six grades and each grade has seven Lessons. There are different songs to choose, learn and video-upload for feedback at the end of each grade, this is the most fun part to me and helps alot! Also the commuication is great. Comments and questions are replyed in short time and they send you different practice ideas regularly. There are live sessions you can join. And you can win guitars from time to time. To me, this is a special motivation I've seen nowhere else before. In my personal opinion, there are many good reasons to try Pickup Music.
