מעולה, נמצא לי תור. לצערי התור לא מתאים היה עוזר אם אפשר היה לבקש תור החל מתאריך מסוים או חוץ מתאריכים מסוימים...

Amazing service. Found two passport appointments in less than a day! However, the website is not very user friendly, to say the least. That was a downer.

Got an appointment in 1w! amazing. Some inputs - 1. updating your details acts funky, like you are re-registering. also if you are cancelling the details update the platform says you haven't finished your registration. 2. I would suggest mentioning that appointments are generally supporting updating your passport to biometric one. In the official gov.il site this appointment is differentiated, so it was unclear if I would face any problems with the appointment I got regarding this need. 3. The "specific dates" appointment is still pretty confusing, even with the instructions on why to choose it. I started with this property and as I got close to the end of the time period I chose, it was unclear what will happen to my appointment priority - when I cross the timeframe is the search for my appointment cancelled? will it still try to find me a time slot after the end date I declared? at the end I reverted to "normal" mode after getting worried.

the service is honest true and fast! it's lack of achieving super results as a friend was able to get a way better result by doing it manually. he was able to get an appointment within a week, twice. while I received through the service an appointment within 2 months(by extracting holidays I get the net is around 30-35 days). but still it's much better than what I had which is 5 months. I bought the most expensive package/contribution.

the idea of this company is great and helpfull. they can save time and make it easy on you but i rate this campany just 4 stars because i succeeded to determine a turn month before this company
