I ordered a custom puzzle from PicForU Puzzle. The package never arrived to me, and when I contacted customer service, they refused to take any responsibility, claiming it was the carrier's problem and not theirs. That's simply not how it works. Under Swedish and EU consumer law, the seller carries the risk for the goods until the customer actually receives them. I pointed this out, but they ignored it and repeated that they would not refund / resend the order. After several emails over weeks, I'm still without my puzzle and without my money. A company that sells to European customers needs to follow European consumer rules, and PicForU clearly doesn't. If you're ordering from Sweden or elsewhere in the EU, be aware that you may have no support if anything goes wrong with delivery. I would not order from them again.

I loved the puzzle, well made, colorful, no issues with delivery, however, I'm missing 3 edge pieces and one piece in the middle. I also have 9 extra pieces! They look like they belong to this puzzle but no room for them. I won't order from this company again.

The puzzles are well made and a lovely selection to choose from. I have several now. My only gripe is speed of delivery and cost. They appear to come from the US or China. It would be great to have a shop in the UK or an Amazon UK option.

Do not order from this company. Have been waiting for over 5 months for a delivery. After numerous complaints there has not been a satisfactory response. Think twice before using them!!

Puzzle ordered never delivered no contact nos ... believe to be a scam .. no refund out of pocket $40 . Happy to withdraw comments if proven wrong

I purchased the puzzle “Christmas Cardinal”. The puzzle was great quality, fun to do and turned out beautifully. Unfortunately I had 2 missing pieces. I emailed customer support and received an answer within 24 hours. Customer service was timely, professional, and solved my problem. Now I will be able to frame the puzzle. I will definitely buy more Pickforu puzzles. Great company to support.
