I purchased "Amor" cards and paid for them successfully, but one redemption remains pending and was never processed. I have "SC" (Sweep Coins) available to play with, but the system won't let me cancel the pending redemption or initiate a new one because there is already one in progress. I would appreciate it if you could cancel the pending redemption so that I can play and attempt to redeem again.

Three Months Waiting for My Redemption! I submitted a redemption request with Pickem Casino back in July, and now it is October, and I still have not received my money. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but their only response is that my redemption is still “pending.” No clear explanation, no estimated payment date, and no real solution. Waiting approximately three months for a redemption is completely unacceptable. Responding to customers without actually resolving their issues is not good customer service. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I have been patient, but three months is more than enough time to process a redemption. I am sharing my experience to warn other potential customers about these excessive delays. Pickem Casino, I want my redemption processed and my money paid. How much longer am I supposed to wait?

Hi Anthony, We saw your other review calling Trustpilot the internet's complaint department, best enjoyed with popcorn. We'd rather not give the audience a show, so we'll skip the argument and try to fix this instead ;) First, the money part: you never have to spend a dime on PICKEM. No purchase is necessary to play or win. The daily login bonus is also just the starting point. There's a lot more on the table: 1. Always-on cashback, so you get something back as you play. 2. A laddered VIP system that unlocks better rewards as you move up. 3. Daily login bonuses that grow with your VIP level, which is why those early ones start small. 4. Daily missions with over 100 SC up for grabs every day. 5. Tournaments every two days. 6. Social media giveaways and a mail-in option (details in our Sweepstakes Rules) as more free ways to get Sweepstakes Coins. We also run ongoing purchase offers for anyone who wants them. They're completely optional, and if buying something doesn't feel right to you, don't. On the slots, "not fair" isn't something we want to brush off. We'd like to hear what actually happened. Which games were you playing, and roughly when? Send us those details through our Help Center, along with the email on your account, and we'll look into it and get back to you directly. If we make it right, you've got material for a follow-up review. Popcorn optional :) Best, PICKEM Support

Hi Darron - This is Joan, CEO of PICKEM. Sorry you had to wait on your 400 SC redemption and on our replies. You're right to expect faster than this. We had an issue on our customer support side this week, and it slowed our responses more than usual. That's on us, not you. The good news is that your redemption has now been processed. If you have any questions about it, or if something doesn't look right on your end, reply to our support email or message us through the Help Center. I'll make sure it's handled as a priority. Thanks for your patience, and I hope your next experience with us is a much better one. I've told the team to ensure you are prioritized, to revert your situation.
