I acidentally clicked on a product that came on the screen after placing my order. I immediately called and e mailed them asking for it to be removed. NO ONE answers. $29.99 I e mailed and called again the next day. On the 3rd day I received and e mail just saying "sorry too late", my order was processed and it's already on it's way. AND the link on web site asking for refund does NOT work.

This company is a scam. They sign you up for a subscription and then their website offers no options to cancel or manage the subscription, and their team does not reply to emails.

One month and I havent recieved my order yet.. not even a tracking number… the worst thing is that I’ve sent several emails, I even called and left a voice mail and they tried to charge me again because is a subscription but I even havent recieved the first order yet .. I know its a subscription and I planned to give it a tried if it works but this mother$@& tried to charge me when I even havent recieved my firsr order.

No tracking information so far. I've never had a tracking problem with any other suppliers. Bad service so far
