Hi Tomasz, Thank you for sharing your experience — we’re genuinely sorry to hear that the software did not meet your expectations. We strive to describe our products as clearly and accurately as possible, and it’s disappointing to learn that your experience felt otherwise. Photo recovery and repair results can vary depending on factors such as file condition, corruption level, and file format, which we do try to mention on our product pages. That said, we absolutely don’t want any customer to feel dissatisfied or misled. If you’re open to it, we’d be happy to review your case, understand what went wrong, and see if there’s anything we can do to help or clarify. You’ve already cancelled your subscription, and we respect your decision. If you’d like us to look into this further, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details. We appreciate your feedback — it helps us improve both our products and communication. Best regards, PhotoWhoa Team
