Meanwhile, please star rate any problematic call to notify us about it. The feature is free and it is available for every call you make. Just look it up in your call history. Also, for direct call we recommend Speed Dial. Again, this is another free feature in your account that will help you assign a name to a digit and thus skip dialling the whole destination number.
