I purchased one of there in dash large screen radios with android and apple car play, It's a very good looking unit. It was pretty easy to install and the customer service side was very good. Unfortunately after having the radio installed it only lasted 12 hours, so I was well withing my 30 days to return it. To make a long story short I had to jump through a lot of hoops in order to get a return label sent to me for the return. After 40 emails and phone calls I had to get my credit card company involved for a back charge. Then I finally received a return label after a week of the back and forth and very little response from their end. Now the nightmare is finally over. Buyer beware of doing any business with Phoenix Automotive.

Tech did a great job explaining the issue and was quick to resolve.

I recently purchased a 13-inch Android 12 Navigation Radio unit for my car, and I'm happy with it! Although the unit did not come with a manual, I found their after-sales service to be exceptionally helpful. They addressed my issue promptly. So far, the unit has met my expectations, and I'm hoping it lasts a long time!

This product was even cooler than I thought it would be. Customer support was great, I myself overlooked a couple plugs and scheduled video calls with them where they had no issues walking me through.

I bought a unit for my 2020 ram 3500 and it is the biggest piece of garbage. The first three months I spent troubleshooting software issues with customer service (which is horrible) and after my one year warranty expired the unit completely failed and doesn't work. I threw $700 in the trash. Stay away from this company.

POOR POOR POOR POOR!!!!!! I couldn’t be more disappointed with the LACK of HONESTY of this company. Purchase a screen for $646.00 paid a professional technician $230.00 to install the unit. The unit was defective. The unit had to be uninstalled and sent back for a replacement. Received the new unit, paid another $100 for the technician to install the unit. The new unit worked for few months then it stop working it went BAD. I called and spoke with a rep and the same rep said it was a software defect, not to worry... Send the unit back we will refund the entire amount $646.00” Paid another $100 for the technician to uninstall the DAM THING so I can send it back… “One week goes by I called asking about my refund the rep said you will se a full refund in another few days. Another 2 weeks go by, guess what. I received less than 1/2 of what I paid for it. They state the charge back is for restocking fee. “ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! DISCUSSING TO SAY THE LIST!!!! pure dishonesty on your end! Why should I pay for restock fee when the item was defective to bogging with!!! I shouldn’t have to pay for restock fee whatsoever. You sold me a defective product. I have filed a complaint against your company with the consumers report. I hope to God they get in touch with you and stop you from robbing other customers like me in the future. What you are doing is illegal. I will make sure to leave your company a bad review on every single platform and site possible warning others BAD you’re as a company . You guys are a disgrace.
