About Phantom Peptides

RUO Compounds1. ProductWhat sets Phantom Peptides apart starts with testing. Every lot we sell goes through independent third-party lab testing, and every certificate of analysis is published publicly in our COA library so you can see exactly what's in the batch you're ordering. We treat documentation as the standard, not an extra step.2. Service & SupportWe ship six days a week, Monday through Saturday, from our warehouse in Charleston, South Carolina. Order by 2:30 PM ET and it goes out same day. Orders over $250 ship free via UPS, and we fall back to USPS for addresses UPS can't reach, like PO boxes. We accept all major cards and stand behind unopened product with our return policy. Support runs through email at [email protected] and our team answers quickly on anything related to your order, a compound, or a COA. We're family-owned and operated, based in Charleston, South Carolina. Our founder brought his friends and family into the business, people with real backgrounds in lab and medical work, operations, logistics, and customer care. We sweat the small stuff so your experience is a good one.
