I had been to PF Changs before,and liked it. This time I was very disappointed . Although the soup was hot, the tea was lukewarm, and seconds weren’t offered. I ordered short ribs. I left most of the meat, because it was tough, and there was more fat and gristle than meat. My friend liked the honey chicken, but I sampled a piece and found it to be greasy. The best part was the delicious dessert,which I enjoyed since I ate hardly any of the entree. It’s difficult to make ice cream and chocolate cake taste bad. The meal was not worth the money, and was quite expensive.

Hello, I had a very great experience at the PF Chang at the Mall of Georgia. I was having a very stressful day but as soon as I walked in the door, the hostess greeted me with the most pleasant smile!! Her name was Carolyn and she really made my day and I told her that her service was excellent. She was very cheerful, very nice, and very funny, she kept me laughing and I forgot about my stress. The food and service was excellent as well. I will definitely return soon and I hope Carolyn is there!!

I visited PF Chang’s Knoxville earlier today and had ANOTHER wonderful experience. The customer service person who took my phone order, gentleman named Hazi, was friendly, professional, and most considerate. He asked me the pronunciation of my name instead of assuming he knew and mispronouncing it. He confirmed each item while taking my order and asked if I minded if he reconfirmed the order in its entirety, all while maintaining a cheerful disposition and a smile in his voice. Once I hung up the phone, I was ready to give my review, even before receiving my order and would have had the wi-fi cooperated. Hazi pleasantly delivered my order curbside. It was great to witness his smile and sunny disposition in person. It’s a rarely for such a young person to possess such exemplary customer service skills. Of course, the chefs did a wonderful job preparing my meal…it was perfect, as usual. Thanks Manager Ethan and your entire team for ANOTHER wonderful PF Chang’s Knoxville experience!

Terrible Experience. Loved PF Changs in Florida so chose it for my birthday dinner here in Buffalo area on 4/12/22. Hostess was extremely rude and annoyed when I asked to be seated elsewhere as the booth seat was all taped up. She just walked away and sent someone else. We were seated at a table where I had to clean off the chair. Our server had no clue--he was totally incompetent. We waited forever. He kept messing up orders from table to table. People got wrong drinks or no drinks. He had to keep going back to r-take orders as he forgot to ask what kind of rice was wanted. Our food, when it finally arrived, was very good. Server told me I was getting complimentary dessert as birthday gift. Was very surprised and pleased. However, after waiting 20 minutes, we just paid and left with no dessert. Would not go back. Serious help needed in customer service at this place. Spent 2 very frustrating hours. Since posting, spoke with manager. She apologized profusely and offered a gift card to try PF Changs again. Will do do

I bought Mongolian beef at my grocery store frozen section..the meat was so chewy I couldn't eat it..have had other items that were good but this was awful..for the price you pay it should have been edible..not happy n store won't refund because it was not their product..never again!!

It would have been a much better experience if the server would have at least smiled. He couldn’t answer any of or questions. He never once came and refilled or offered to refill our drinks( we were drinking) water.

Dylan my server was very sweet and very professional. I highly recommend you request him as your server.

Normally I like PF changs I cook it at home a lot however this time a kindergartener could have ate it all and wanted more. I am very disappointed. There wasn't enough in there for one person let alone two. Wish I could upload the picture to show you the pan is about empty
